TYLER, Texas – Keiquon Aaron scored twice, and Tyler Junior College converted four of seven shots on goal to defeat Angelina College 4-0 on Saturday, Sept. 13.
The game consisted of a back and forth attack from each side in the first half with the Apaches striking first in the 30th minute off the foot of Alex Ruben. Ruben's third goal in two games.
Apache Elias Taj scored in the 52nd minute to put TJC up 2-0. Taj's fourth goal on the season, tied for the team lead with Aaron.
Aaron found the goal twice unassisted in the 87th and 89th minute putting the game away for the Apaches.
